dxgmms1.sys  intel x9650 geforce gts 250 win7
In advance thanks for your time. This issue can be caused by the video adapter driver. I suggest: 1. Download the latest driver from the following website and install it. Thanks for the reply. I tried the suggested driver and same issue bsod dxgmms1.sys. Also no overclocking and graphic optimizing programs what so ever

I think i fixed this issue. first i turned on enhanced intel speed step in the bios( dont know if that was the root cause but it slowed it down a lot) microsoft has issued a hotfix for this problem (Windows6.1-KB979444-x64) apparently it has to do with the power management not functioning properly. so far so good installed it today an i went from haveing 20 - 30 events a day in the viewer to just 1 in 36 hours (dns error) hope this helps! btw http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html helps alot!!
